Quoting & Reservations
- Booking can be made by phone and email. All bookings will be confirmed by return email after following information is provided:
- Charter date & time
- Charter destination (including passenger pick up & drop off points)
- Full names of ALL passengers
- Accurate weight of all passengers PLUS any luggage or equipment that will be taken on board (see Luggage Restrictions for more details)
- If children are traveling please specify their age
- Destination (including any Pick up/Drop off points)
- Special Request & Other important information (e.g. marriage proposal. Medical conditions etc)
- Written permission to land on private property (if applicable)
Minimum/Maximum numbers
- All charters are sold on an aircraft hourly rate basis. Aircraft charters are arranged on the basis of full aircraft hire with passenger numbers determined by the numbers of seats and weight. Multiple aircraft can be utilised upon request.
Disabled passengers
- Please advise the level of assistance required and whether the passenger is in a wheel chair so we can accommodate their needs with ease. Staff are not allowed to lift any passengers.
- Please note that our ground vehicles are not fitted with lifting devices and we suggested the use of a specialist taxi (at own cost) with lifting devices in the event the passenger has very limited or nil mobility.
Child Age / infant Policy
- Infants are classified as 0-2 years of age and may travel on their parents lap in aircraft where infant seatbelts are installed. Please note that only one infant may travel per aircraft. Children classified as 3 -12 years of age inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult on the flight. Children classified as 3-12 years of age inclusive, may share a seat belt as long as their weight does not exceed 77kgs, the seatbelt fits safely around both of them and the total passenger weight is not exceeded.
Fuel Surcharge
- In the event of significant upwards shifts in the cost of aviation fuel, we reserved the right to introduce a fuel surcharge. This shall be advised in writing no less than 2 months prior to its commencement, and will be additionally advised at the time of booking confirmation. At the date of this advised the Fuel Surcharge amount will be advised and this amount will be subject to further changes at our discretion. The fuel surcharge is payable directly to us by the client prior to travel and is non-commissionable.
Luggage Restrictions
- Luggage (where applicable) is normally restricted to cabin sized, soft luggage only and a maximum weight limit of 10 kilograms per person. Suitcases and additional luggage may be carried on the same flight subject to loading availability and at the discretion of the Pilot/company. If the luggage does not travel on the same flight, luggage may be transported at an additional cost to the client. Passengers must arrive at Ghost Air 15 mins prior to the scheduled departure time.
Cancelation policy and payment conditions
- Less than 24 hours notice – NON REFUNDABLE
- From 24 hours and up to 7days -20% fee will be charged per booking
- If charter is cancelled by Ghost Air we will rescheduled the charter but if not suitable to client a full reimbursement will be made.

- Within 6 months to charter date – 50% payment must be made to secure the booking.
- More than 6 months to charter date – a $200 deposit must be made to secure the booking, with the remainder payable no later than 6 months before the charter date.
- Full payment must be made before the charter take place, unless you have an existing account with Ghost Air. (See Payment Options for payment methods)
